Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N) and Certified Clinical Nutritionist
She is an expert with ten years intensive experience in weight loss and nutritional counseling
for Diabetes M. and other chronic diseases.
She holds M.Sc. in Nutriton Science specialized in Clinical Nutrition and Preventative Medicine from
Technical university of Munich in Germany.
Hedie’s interest and journey began when she was hired by KNORR, best foods company to
create a recipe book for "obesity". Shortly after she completed her project
successfully,she moved to Canada and continued her education in Food Science/Food Microbiology
at the University of Guelph.
Since 2001, she has been working as a Nutritional Consultant with Doctors at the Center
Point Medical Center, writing diet for Obesity, Diabetes, High cholesterol/blood pressure
and many other chronic diseases. Hedie’s interest in weight loss accumulated when
she noticed that the root of many chronic disease of her clients originate from unhealthy
eating habits and being overweight. She created many individualized diets for weight loss
and other related conditions successfully. Her expertise was also in demand while working
in various weight loss centers as a Nutritionist.
She is an active speaker and presents health and nutrition-related workshops and seminars
regularly to public/schools and organizations. She loves to share her passion for healing effect
of natural nutrition with all her clients. She strongly believes that Nutrition is the Medicine of
the future. She enjoys continuing education and frequently attends professional seminars to stay
on the cutting edge of her profession.
