Stay Healthy Athletes Every parent is trying their best to motivate and promote their children's abilities and talents in any ways as possible. We dream for them to be successful, wealthy, scientist, dancer or athletes.

Are we taking their health as granted?!!!  

Are they growing healthy without any of our effort and investment in to their health?

Don't they deserve a stress free life that they can discover, invent and challenge themselves without any instruction and guidelines?

Do we really want our children reach their goal at age of 15 and get Alzheimer at age of 30.  

Any one can be a hero at any age but only if they are healthy enough to reach to that age.

How often we hear from teachers, trainers, coaches that the children are not properly feed. They see everyday some children eating ready, frozen foods and depending on bars and energy drinks to boost their energy and survive stressful life. Their immune system is compromised and they always feel sick and tired. 

The fact is "WE ARE WHAT WE EAT." 

Nutrition is the most important need for all living creature. If any of nutrients are missing in the body, there will be no foundation to beginn with. 

So once you start dreaming or planning for your children's future, please make sure you invest some of your time and money to their health as well.

Since HEALTH is the foundation of all our dreams to come.
