    Stay Healthy in your Weigh offers different Weight loss Programs and specialized in Diabetes type II.  Our programs are designed to educate you on what healthy eating is and to help you implement healthy eating into your daily life.  Diabetics experience a balanced blood sugar after 2-5 month of following our program and are able to reduce their drug dosage with the permission of a doctor.  Generally, all our clients can expect to lose 2-5 lbs a week by following the program exactly.  A Free consultation is only offered to you in order to meet with the nutritionist and find out your eligibility.  She will help you to choose a program that fits your lifestyle and your budget.   All our programs are based on latest scientific knowledge and technology.  It is specifically designed to find out and educate clients the cause of weight gain and chemical imbalances.   The Group Program is designed to meet the need of clients with similar conditions and desires.  The customized Program has different stages of therapies that help you detoxify, cleanse your digestive and intestinal system. It also includes food allergy test and PH-Testing.  She will be also counselling you on specific conditions such as colitis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and food intolerances if needed.  You will be coming in about 30-60 minutes to meet with the nutritionist every week.  These appointments are booked at your convenience time.  You are able to change the appointments 48 hours before your next appointment for no extra charge.
